What does a beginner see first?

Your first Tri view answers one question: what's my next workout, and why is it today? You don't have to decode a wall of metrics before you swim, bike or run.

The beginner view stays small: the next workout, the discipline, the expected effort, a recovery warning if there is one, and a clear way through to the details.

Where the deeper data lives

Experienced triathletes often want route samples, segment targets, pace, power, heart rate, elevation, compliance and a note on what changed from the planned session. All of that sits in an expandable details view, off the first card.

For imported workouts, we tell you which data streams arrived and which didn't. If route shading, a power number or a heart-rate stream is missing, we say it's missing and leave the control where you can see it.

Workout data is clearest beside the load it explains.

Route, recovery, and trend cues let athletes connect a Pro insight back to the actual multisport week.

How recovery and readiness shape your triathlon plan

Recovery signals help you decide what to do today. They don't diagnose anything. Sleep, stress, recent load, soreness and whether you've been finishing sessions all help us explain whether today protects the build or moves it forward.

Pro goes further. It can tell you why fatigue changed, why the brick stayed in, why an easy swim replaced intensity, or why we switched from power to heart rate when live power wasn't available.

What Free, Core and Pro show you

Free inside CorrCoach gives you the calendar, planned workouts, basic scores and enough detail to finish the plan. Core adds fuller explanations and add-ons. Pro adds deeper trends, workout summaries and daily adaptation context.

Under all of it, the detail is there when you ask for it. New athletes can follow the plan without worrying about the numbers. Experienced athletes can dig into the route, segment and recovery evidence they came for.
