Paused: CorrCoach Go road-running footage.

Make your next run your best run.

Go links your goal, your paces, today’s session, the run on your Watch and what you learned afterwards, with a race on the calendar or without one. Each run shapes the next one.

  • The next quality run, up front

You see the session, why it matters and the paces to hit in one place.

  • Cues on your wrist

Eligible run cues go to Apple Watch, so you never copy a session out by hand.

  • Planned versus done

Compare what you ran with what was planned before the next plan refresh.

Road

Easy miles and the long run, at paces that keep the easy days easy.

Track

Intervals with a target for every rep, and the recovery between them written down.

Trail

Time on your feet counts. Log it by hand or bring it in from your watch.

Your next key run, set by the runs before it.

Go starts from a race, or from simply wanting to run better. It then plans next week from your schedule, your recent running, and any route and recovery data you choose to share.

Connecting workout and recovery data is optional, and only happens with your permission. CorrCoach does not send fitness data to OpenAI or Anthropic to train their models.

What it plans around

  • A race and its date, or a goal without one
  • Recent pace and long-run context
  • Available training days
  • Recovery, route, and shoe context

Straight answers.

Do I need a race on the calendar?

No. Pick a race and Go works back from the date. Or choose a goal like a faster 5K or a steady base, and Go plans from there.

What distances does Go support?

The current public running path covers 5K, 10K, half marathon, marathon, and base-building goals.

What if I do not have a Watch?

You can still use the iPhone and web surfaces and record workouts manually. Watch export is an additional execution path on eligible plans.
