Look for claims you can check
A comparison page worth trusting says what the product does, what hasn't been proven yet, and where you'd need outside evidence. This matters most once a page starts talking about AI, adaptive plans and your wearable data.
Training apps promise different things: workout delivery, coach-designed running plans, triathlon-specific adaptation, device integrations. We describe our lane model and free starter planning as they are, and we don't borrow other products' promises.
Protect sensitive training data
A good coaching app makes its privacy rules easy to follow. For coaches and schools, our public pages keep roster summaries separate from your raw health data, private notes, payment details and routes.
Ask four things. What gets imported? What gets displayed? What can a coach see? Can you keep sensitive details out of public and team views? We try to answer each of those plainly.

A useful comparison shows the decision surface.
Athletes need to see how plan, recovery, and workout details appear before they trust a coaching tool.
Compare what each tool actually does
TrainingPeaks leans into structured workout sync. Zwift emphasizes an indoor training playground. Runna is running-plan-focused with device syncing. TriDot markets triathlon-specific adaptation. They are different tools built for different jobs.
We describe CorrCoach by the decisions it helps with: pick a lane, generate a plan, regenerate it when your week changes, check your credits, and share privacy-safe summaries with a coach if you want to.
