Condition for the way soccer is played
You need enough aerobic capacity to handle training volume, enough repeat sprint work to cope with match demands, and enough recovery between quality sessions that they still count.
Oli uses your sport, position, first practice and first match date to build the block, so a midfielder's conditioning looks very different from a goalkeeper's or a forward's. The calendar stays easy to read either way.
Make your first match the anchor
Preseason makes the ramp visible. Early weeks focus on general capacity and movement quality. Later weeks cut out random soreness and get you ready for matches.
No template can promise to prevent injuries or guarantee how you play. What we can give you is structure: conditioning, strength support, mobility and rest, placed around your real dates.

Conditioning work needs position and match context.
Pitch markings, player movement, and summary cards keep preseason load tied to match preparation.
What a team dashboard shows
A team dashboard can show a coach who's completing the window, who missed planned work and where upcoming workload sits. Exact heart-rate streams, sleep data, private notes and route detail are a different thing, and they stay out of it.
The coach licensing page explains how you keep your own account while your team gets completion summaries that protect your privacy.
