Protect the point of the week

Race week is the wrong time to make up missed miles. The job is to stay fresh, run through your race-specific reminders, sort out logistics, and arrive confident.

If you miss a session, we help you decide whether to keep it, shorten it, move it or drop it. Base that call on what the session was for. Guilt about a gap in the calendar is a bad reason to squeeze it back in.

Keep the workouts on your devices current

Most athletes expect their workouts to sync to a watch or bike computer. That's where stale workouts cause trouble: if the plan changed and the export didn't, your device will guide you through the wrong session.

So we focus on regenerating the plan and making today's session obvious. We don't claim that a last-minute change will make your race any faster.

Freshness decisions need current workout context.

A dashboard view keeps missed work, route demand, and race-week load in the same decision loop.

Comparing platforms fairly

Other platforms market automatic adaptation or structured workout delivery, and those are real products. We describe what we do: plans built for your lane, credits you can see, and generated workouts that get replaced when they go stale.

That's a claim we can back up. Saying we're objectively better than another platform, without a real head-to-head test, isn't.
