1-3: private AI, your lane and real workouts
First, private AI planning. Your fitness data is never sent to OpenAI or Anthropic to train their models. Second, your lane (Tri, Go, Mi or Oli), so the plan starts from what you're actually training for.
Third, real workout structure. Every session is something you can go and swim, ride, run, brick or lift. Recovery days count, and sport-prep sessions appear when your lane calls for them.
4-5: readiness and load management
Readiness tells us whether you look ready for today. Load management stops your week from stacking hard sessions with no recovery between them.
Together they make adaptation practical. A bad night, a hard session or fatigue that builds over a week can each change the next workout, which a fixed calendar can't do.

6-7: race builds and route context
Race builds tie your plan to a real date and distance. They decide how specific the training gets, how it progresses, when you taper and which workouts matter most as race day gets close.
Route context covers what happens outside. Hills, pace drift, your usual loop and the terrain you can reach all make a workout review more useful than miles and minutes.
8-9: imports and how workouts show up on your devices
The app pulls in what you already record. We import from Apple Health and Strava when you connect them, avoid duplicates and keep your local dates right.
Your iPhone, Apple Watch and the web each have a different job. Detailed planning lives on the bigger screens, and workout cues stay readable while you're moving.
10: explanations that respect your time
The tenth is plain language. We tell you why a workout changed, which signal mattered and what to do next.
Without that, even a smart adjustment feels random. With it, the data starts to feel like coaching.
Questions athletes ask
Which CorrCoach feature matters most for new users?
The basic loop: a plan, a workout, a result and a clear reason for the next change. Private AI, readiness, load and routes all feed into it.
Are all features available on every plan?
No. Features depend on your plan tier and app mode. The app and the pricing page show exactly what your account includes today.
