Secure AI training apps need more than a shiny privacy badge

Your training data holds where you run, how you slept, your heart-rate trends, your week and your injury notes. Private planning starts with saying plainly what we do with each of those.

Your data says more than a workout name

A training app can work out when you wake up, where you run, how often you travel, how well you recover and when a sore calf rewrites your week. That's a lot to hand over, so privacy belongs in the product itself. A footer link doesn't cover it.

CorrCoach uses your workouts, recovery, routes and schedule to plan your training, and that's the job. We don't send athlete fitness data to OpenAI or Anthropic to train their models.

What private planning means here

Private AI training means your plan adapts to every mile, rough night and injury note without any of it becoming training material for someone else's model. CorrCoach runs that planning on local AI systems we control, in a private server environment.

A good plan is a personal one. Your free hours, finished workouts, routes, missed sessions, readiness and recent load all feed into how we adjust the week, and that's the only thing we use them for.

Ask for concrete controls

A useful security page names each type of data, says why the app wants it and says who else can see it. Promises of magic AI or total safety tell you nothing you can check.

Look for account protection, honest permission prompts, a way to export and a way to delete, route privacy, controls over what a coach sees, and error reports that keep your health details out of the logs. Those are the things we hold ourselves to, and you can check them.

It still has to coach you well

A private app that plans badly is still a bad app. You need real workouts: structured intervals, strength sessions, race builds and changes when a work trip eats Wednesday.

CorrCoach pairs private planning with recovery-aware scaling, injury limits and route review. Privacy is how we handle the data. The coaching is why you connected it.

Questions athletes ask

Does CorrCoach use fitness data to train OpenAI or Anthropic models?

No. CorrCoach does not send athlete fitness data to OpenAI or Anthropic to train their models. Our planning runs on local AI systems that CorrCoach controls, in a private server environment, and it works on your plan.

What data matters most in a secure training app?

Routes, sleep, HRV, readiness, injury notes, your schedule, account data and team sharing settings. Each one can reveal patterns in your life that go well beyond a single workout.
