The question athletes actually ask
Most athletes ask two things. Is the plan any good, and where does my data go once it's built? Your workout history, routes, sleep, HRV, readiness and injury notes are personal records, and it's fair to want an answer.
Here's ours. Athlete fitness data is not sent to OpenAI or Anthropic to train their next models. The planning runs on local AI systems that CorrCoach controls, in a private server environment.
Workouts you can actually do
A useful plan turns your goal into structured sessions with an intensity, a duration, a sport and enough space between hard days. It also changes when you miss a session, sleep badly, travel or log pain.
We use those signals to keep the plan matched to the week you're actually having. What you get is a better next workout and a sentence telling you why it changed.

Why local planning helps
Running the planning on CorrCoach-controlled servers lets CorrCoach work with your schedule, finished sessions, routes and recovery while your fitness data stays out of anyone else's model.
It doesn't remove every risk. It does narrow what your data is used for, and it gives you one place to see what the app knows about you and why it asked.
A short checklist before you sign up
Ask how the app uses wearable data, what happens to your route files, whether coach and social sharing are optional, and whether its explanations mention your own training or read like generic advice.
Then check the basics. You want workouts you can finish, an easier day after a bad night, some sense of total load, respect for injury limits and recovery days in sensible places.
Questions athletes ask
Can an AI training app be useful without outside model training?
Yes. CorrCoach uses local AI for building plans, updating them, reading recovery signals and reviewing workouts, all inside systems CorrCoach controls. No athlete fitness data goes to OpenAI or Anthropic for model training.
Does private planning mean every workout stays static?
No. We adjust your workouts around what you finished, your schedule, readiness, sleep, routes and training load, and the purpose of that data stays tied to your plan.
