Injury-aware training plans need real privacy boundaries

Pain notes, soreness and return-to-training limits can make your plan safer. They also need tight control over who sees them.

Injury notes are private

A note about your knee, shoulder, back or calf changes your training, and it's also something most people keep to themselves. It needs tighter protection than a workout title on a public feed.

CorrCoach uses the limits you set to hold back load, avoid piling more onto a sore area and swap in different sessions when needed. Your fitness data is not used to train OpenAI or Anthropic models.

Adapting the plan is a training job

An app can take impact away from a sore area, drop exercises you've marked off-limits, lower intensity after a flare-up or add an extra easy day. None of that makes it a medical service, and we don't pretend otherwise.

That's our job. We take the limits you give us and your training history and make more careful choices. For pain that isn't settling, see a physio or doctor.

When a coach is involved

A coach may need to know whether you finished sessions, whether you're available and roughly how ready you are. They don't need the details of your injury unless you choose to share them.

Our team privacy settings are built around that line. Coaches get what they need to coach, and your pre-team history and private notes stay hidden by default.

Honest talk about durability

Injury-aware planning is appealing because it fits training around your actual body. It also invites overpromising. Nobody can promise you won't get hurt, and you're entitled to controls you can inspect.

What we can offer is careful load management, recovery-aware scaling, exercise limits and privacy settings, all feeding the same plan.

Questions athletes ask

Is CorrCoach a medical service for injuries?

No. CorrCoach is not medical care. We use the limits, soreness notes, recovery signals and load you share to adjust your training.

Can injury notes stay private from a coach?

That's how we've designed it. You control the sensitive details, and coaches still see the training summaries and completion they need.
